It's Official! I'm Booorrrrrriiiiing!!!

Hello!! Omg, I'm so sorry it's been so long! And I know I always say that... I've just been sooooo busy and have sooo much to tell, I really shouldn't be blogging right now, but you've waited long enough, right!?

I swear, I've been out every night this week (except Wednesday). Monday I jammed (great session and we have a new guitarist who is really good!), Tuesday was the first social for the art society, Thursday I played poker and Friday was a house party.

Ohh, the art social was sooo good! Me and the rest of the committee spent the whole weekend getting it all ready, working really hard, and it really paid off! It was at a pub and over 50 people turned up right at the start and most stayed until about 11. Everyone was so friendly and they all talked to each other and we had playdough, hoody designing, origami and a quiz! It was pretty embarrassing shouting quiz questions to over 50 people in a pub, but we all took it in turns and managed.


And, of course, I made it quite clear to everyone at the social what a dick I am! At the end of the night, the committee got up one at a time to say who they were etc. So my turn came and I was all "Hey, I'm Rich, I'm your social secretary. I'm of Facebook, every night... *awkward pause*... *cough*.... so if you need to contact me just say...." What the hell was I thinking? Things sound a lot less funny when you're shouting over 50 people...

Anyway, these last few weeks have been totally fun. I've been meeting so many great new people! I just wish I didn't have so much work to do :-(!!!

...Oh blog, can you remember what it was like to be young? Like, really young. Not-a-care-in-the-world young. I was hanging out with my 6 year old cousin in the summer and she told me that sometimes she feels like she's dreaming when she's awake. I totally remember that feeling, I used to get it all the time. I used to think about the most random stuff and my imagination would go crazy! Now my thoughts are getting more and more boring and systematic. I feel totally old fashion! Something I'll definitely try to change!
