Year 2 is ending...

Hello, Sorry it's been soo long. I've been so busy! I finished my exams then had a 10 page report to do. I handed that in Monday and this week I've been cleaning, shopping, socialising and getting stuff ready for the ball which is tonight!

It's so strange my second year here is coming to an end! It's gone so fast again and I've really enjoyed it. This year was far more chilled out than last year. Much less pressure and scariness. I feel like I've changed so much in these last two years.

There are only three people left living in my house. We said goodbye to Julie yesterday. I've lived with that dude for two years of my life! Probably the biggest / coolest / most dynamic years of my life! He's doing a placement year next year so won't be living with us again (Speed's moving in to his bedroom) so it was super sad saying goodbye. I wish I got a picture! He drove off and me & May sat on the wall outside our house for a while letting it all sink in. University has been so crazy! There's so much to take in! And next year I'll probably be saying goodbye to 6 dudes. Some of which I would've lived with for three years of my life!

Yeah I'll miss that homie. He made those scary times awesome :-)

I'm also sad to see the old art committee leaving. Lately I've got to know them pretty well at meetings, events and parties, and they're all so lovely. I feel like a kid whose met some amazing people on holiday but will never see them again. Wasn't that the worst feeling in the world! Still, I'm sure I'll get to know lots of cool people next year because I'm part of the committee for next year!

The weather has been such a head-fuck lately. Events in the park have had to be cancelled. And today the weather is looking terrible for the ball. We're meant to be having a pre-ball BBQ at Rosie's house in an hour and I think it's going to start raining any minute. I'll let you know how it goes, though!
