The black grid came with the run but it was big enough for bunny to get his head through so we put chicken wire on but it was still too big, so we put smaller chicken wire on top of that, he chewed through that so one more layer of chicken wire, wooden board all round the edge and a decorative stick grid on the front finishes it off! Not forgetting the roof as he's quite the athletic! How the hell did a tiny little rabbit chew through metal wire!?? I couldn't even pull it apart and we had trouble even with scissors!
So that's for little bunny, for big bunny he's got that massive thing below. Completley hand made by Rachel, complete with roof. It's got a roof cause we planned on putting little bunny in there too until we found out it was a girl! There's no way big bunny could jump out of that! Although, he has done, back in his fitter days when the run wasn't as tall. He's very hard to catch too!
Can I just say how sorry I am about the quality. I've spent ages trying to find a good gif creator because this site doesn't like javascript. argh.
(Two stories of course, just like little bunny's outdoor house)
And little bunny has the East (and the entire conservatory most of the time!):
