I just finished watching "Eternal sunshine of the Spotless Mind", it was a really good film! I never usually watch any films, usually because I don't enjoy them, but I think I really just don't know what to watch. Last year I saw films like 'Saw III' and bloody action films because that's what my flatmates liked. But I hate those kinds of films. I want more art in my life though. Maybe I'll watch a film every weekend. Sometimes I feel like I'm turning into a computer. I'm so systematic and have so many routines and compulsions. I'm a perfectionist. I should really learn to channel that energy again, like I could when I did art. I'll work on it.

I know it's completely pathetic, but lately I've been checking out a game called 'secondlife', it's basically a chat room with amazing graphics where you can go and talk to random people. I'm way too trusting when it comes to these sorts of things. Like today, I met someone who was also at Cardiff university, totally randomly. And I start thinking about it all way too much. For all I know I could be the only real person in secondlife and everyone else might be controlled by some programmer sat in his bedroom. But then again, the same could be said about real life.

I haven't really done anything interesting lately. I went to see the girls that lived opposite us last year yesterday. It was great to see them and I wish they still lived next door. After that we went to Pat's house party, I used to work with him at John Lewis. Katy was there too and it was great to see them.

And I think that's just about everything! Not the best week, I'll try harder next.
